Reflect on respect

This art project aims to make you reflect on respect. As you may know, one of the United Nation’s sustainable development goals is to target violence against women. The main statistic they use to illustrate this is that 1 in 3 women experience unwanted sexual attention, with too many being subject to sexual assault. Statistics reflecting those exact numbers have also been reported by the King’s Tab.

The questions below will be printed on the walls King’s College London’s Strand campus. They are designed to make us reflect on behaviours that are related to the perpetration of violence against women. Each of those questions will be addressed in a talk, for which you can find the details below.

What do you think consent is?

Book your tickets for our talk held this Thursday 6th of October at 6.30pm by Dr. Syano Musyimi.

How does porn shape your perception of pleasure?

How should violence against women be adresed at King's?
