Self DEfence Crash Course

Below you will find videos teaching you practical self defence. Each video focuses on a different situation and explains possible ways of reacting. These moves are based on Krav Maga, but are adapted so that you do not need a lot of strength or prior knowledge to do them effectively. You can watch the videos one by one in a course format, or only the ones that are of interest to you.

In case you are interested in taking classes beyond those offered by the Self-Defence Society, please visit Julian’s website here where you will find more information on the classes he offers at his school.

Please not that (as you may be able to tell from the video above) we are beginners. The aim of those classes is not for you to learn how to perfectly execute the Krav Maga movements. Rather, we want to show you simple and practical ways to defend yourself, for which you do not need endless hours of training.

The videos below are a demonstration of that, and we are learning along and with you. However, Julian, our Self-defence teacher knows what he is doing. So it might be better to look at his demonstrations for technical details of the moves we are teaching, rather than ours.
